About Us
Coconuts at Bonaventure Homeowner’s Association was built in 1994 and is governed by a 5 member Board of Directors. Coconut’s is consisted of 381 townhomes in three locations all with a modern scheme featuring 7 different layouts surrounded by lush landscaping. Coconut’s is nestled in the heart of Bonaventure located in the northeastern section of the City of Weston. We are conveniently located near the Bonaventure Town Center and the Bonaventure Golf & Country Club. Membership in the Bonaventure Town Center is required as part of homeownership. Additionally, Coconuts is located within a short distance of all the Weston area attractions including a variety of shopping and dining options. A family-oriented community with access to "A+" rated schools and several recreational parks with easy access to highways.
