Wednesday & Saturday. Recycling on Wednesdays only.  NO BULK ITEMS = ILLEGAL DUMPING A VIOLATION !!! 

What is the schedule for bulk pick up ?

Quarterly: January 26th , April 27th, July 27th, October 26th         

What are bulk items?

Furntiture, construction waste, TV's, luggages, mattresess, for list of all items click here,        

Where do I place bulk pick up items?

On the edge of your assinged parking spot towards the road for easy access of the crane        

Who is responsible for the exterior landscape of the community?

Association is responsible    

Who is responsible for the exterior of the unit? 

Association is responsible for repairs to the exterior of the unit excluding windows and doors.             

Who do I contact to report an issue?

Who is responsible for the interior of the unit? 

Homeowner is responsible   

Are there any amenities?

Yes, through the Bonaventure Town Center Club.  www.townceterclub.com      

Is there a Bulk Cable Agreement?

Yes, Comcast Cable is provided.  1-800-XFINITY   

Is there parking enforcement?

Yes, there is full time parking enforcement

Is there a Sales and Leasing Application Process?

No, new owners and tenants must provide "Resident Information Sheet" to management. 

Is there a limit on the number of pets?

Yes, 2 household pets. 

Is there a restriction on a breed or weight of pet?

No Breed or Weight Restrictions

Are there car and parking restrictions? If yes, what are they?

Yes. Every car must be registered and display a parking decal. Each homeowner is assigned 1 space.  

The guest spaces are available for homeowners. Over night guests must display a guest tag

Are there any truck or commercial vehicle restrictions (parking)?

Yes, no commercial vehicles permitted to be parked overnight.

Are "FOR SALE" or "FOR RENT" signs permitted?

Yes, one 8 x 11 sign in window 

Are there BBQ grill restrictions?

Yes, must be stored on patio. May not be kept on grass behind unit.

When in use must be several feet away from the building to prevent a fire hazard.

Is storage allowed in the front or back of the units?

No storage is allowed to be kept on any portion of the exterior of the unit. 

Are garbage cans allowed to be stored in the exterior of the unit?

Rear of the homes only. 

Architectural Modifications:

 

Is approval required for architectural modifications?

Yes, all exterior modifications require architectural approval.

How to I obtain architectural approval for an exterior modification?

Fill out Architectural Modification Request form and submit with all pertinent information to Castle Management. 

What information is required to be submitted with application?

Contract, Plans, Vendor License and Insurance naming association as additional insured. 

Are Hurricane Shutters Permitted?

Yes, only White accordion shutters are permitted.

Are Satellite Dishes Permitted?

Yes, not allowed to be placed on building or roof.  Must be painted Green. 

Are there any fees or deposits required or architectural requests?

Not at this time

Yes, collected monthly by the Association

How do I obtain copies of my maintenance fee coupons?
